At 3 Seas Osteopathy, every animal receives individualized care.
Whether your companion is young and active, experiencing mobility challenges, or enjoying their senior years, my goal is to provide gentle, professional osteopathic care appropriate to their needs.
To help make your appointment as comfortable and productive as possible, please review the following information.
All new clients are required to complete an intake and consent form before their first appointment.
This allows me to review your animal's medical history, current health, mobility, and any areas of concern.
Additional veterinary information or clearance may be required when clinically indicated.
Appointments are confirmed once the required documentation has been received and payment arrangements have been completed.
This ensures that adequate time is reserved for your animal.
3 Seas Osteopathy provides mobile services, allowing animals to receive care in familiar surroundings.
Travel fees may apply depending on your location and will always be discussed before confirming your appointment.
Extended-distance appointments require advance payment, including applicable travel fees.
Payment arrangements will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods and any applicable processing fees will be explained in advance.
Advance payment may be required for certain appointments.
I understand that unexpected circumstances arise, particularly when caring for animals.
If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.
Any applicable cancellation or rescheduling conditions will be communicated when booking.
Every animal responds differently to hands-on care.
The length and approach of each appointment depend on your animal's health, comfort, tolerance, and individual needs.
Rather than working to a rigid treatment schedule, I allow the animal's responses to guide the session.
Your animal's comfort and safety always come first.
Animal osteopathy is a complementary approach to supporting mobility, musculoskeletal function, and physical comfort.
It does not replace veterinary diagnosis or medical treatment.
When appropriate, I work collaboratively with your veterinarian to support your animal's overall care.
If veterinary assessment is necessary before osteopathic care can proceed, this will be discussed with you.
My commitment is to provide gentle, thoughtful, professional care while respecting each animal's individual needs.
I want every owner to feel informed, supported, and confident about their animal's care.
Thank you for choosing 3 Seas Osteopathy.
